Healthy banana bread

Hey everyone, it’s Marion, your favorite gym partner. I know you love food. And you know what? So do I. But I also love my body. That’s why I tend to privilege nutritious and good food. Today, just for you, I am giving you the best Banana bread recipe ever made! That’s right, you only need a few ingredients, and a little bit of time for the cooking, but it’s very easy. You can easily do it with your children! I’m sure they’ll love it.
To make this incredible cake, you’ll need:
- 2 bananas (the ripest, the better!)
- 1 plain yoghurt (could use vegetal yoghurt)
- 3 whole eggs
- 150g of whole wheat flour
- 50g of rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- Optional (but better!): 70% dark chocolate chips, crushed nuts, dry raisins…

Start by preheating the oven at 190°C. In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork, add the eggs, the yoghurt, the honey and mix it all together. Add the flour, the oats and the baking powder, with the salt. Mix it all together. Add the optional ingredients, mix again to have a nice consistency.
Put the mixture in a baking pan (with baking paper in it) and put in the oven for 45 minutes. And voilà! You have now a nice banana bread, completely healthy, and delicious. Everyone around you will like it!
